Hi! In Google Workspace Marketplace we reply to comments of users with a Google account. Then, if logged in with another account, some of the replies just aren’t visible, as if we never answered. Is this normal or we can fix it? Thks
That sounds like it may be visibility/moderation behavior rather than something you can fix from the reply text itself.
A few things I’d check:
- whether the replies are visible while signed out / in incognito
- whether the missing replies contain links, email addresses, or wording that might have triggered review
- whether the reply was made from the app publisher/admin account vs a separate personal account
- whether the original review/comment is public in all regions/accounts
If only some replies disappear and it varies by viewer account, I would gather 2-3 concrete examples with screenshots and send them through Marketplace support. It does not sound like normal expected behavior if the reply was successfully posted.
