Removing duplcate data and Grouping the type of order, editor's name and QC in one order

  1. We will use the Query and Importrange function to use for the app. However, there will be a duplicate in the order’s name like the attached image. How could we avoid this situation?

  2. How could I add the details such as the name of the person processing this order in the order’s name. Please kindly advise me on this situation.

  1. Finally, how could I fixing/adding the spec when I created app from my own data source?

Yes, I did see the Order Capture app and I’m currently not finding where to add or edit the spec. Could you please help this? Thank you.
