Refrence Value not showing on report

I have a bot that sends out a report and has fields from the program. The problem I am having is the refrenced values are not showing up. for example in the program you see

but on the report it looks like this

Is there something I can do so the value comes up instead of just 2 letters?

Are those letters the key values of the referenced records or something? Use a dereference in the template to get the label value.
