Hey all!
I have users experiencing an intermittent error when trying to sign up in my app. I have a dropdown where they select the branch they are a member of, and about 10% of the time, that dropdown is blank. While there are commonalities between users, there are no differences between unsuccessful users and successful users (for example, everyone accessed the app via Chrome and used the same link to get to it). If the users close out and go back into the app and try to create a profile, the dropdown populates. I just don’t know why it isn’t populating on the first go.

The 10% just see a blank dropdown, and since it’s a required field, they can’t create a profile.
