My app is displaying rows I wish it not to.
As it shows in the above image it is only supposed to show one record (1) but for some reason it is showing two records.
Below is how I am filtering the rows

Best guess I have is that "[Repair Complete?]=“Check Next Visit” is showing you all the rows in Deficiencies & Repairs table where [Repair Complete?]=“Check Next Visit”. Not just the single record related to the parent table (Work Order).
The way I’d do it would be to create a virual list column with this as the formula:
Select([Related Deficiencies & Repairss][Key Column],[Repair Complete?]=“Check Next Visit”)
or more explicitly:
Select(Deficiencies & Repairs[Key Column],AND(
[Parent Table Ref Column]=[_ThisRow].[Parent Table Ref Column],
[Repair Complete?]=“Check Next Visit”)
)
)
Hope this helps

Try this instead:
"Check Next Visit" = [Repair Complete?]
