Ref and selection options

I have multiple companies with multiple products each. In my ref view is there was way to make the first option company and drill down to their specific options from there rather than a huge list. Im sure there is an easy way to do this I just can seem to figure it out.

I dont really want to enter enum as the list is ever changing and expanding

Yes. It is a very common practice to filter rows based on other field selections within the Form. To do this you would need to apply an appropriate expression in the Valid_If property of the column you want filtered.
