Redshift Connection Issue (Serverless)

Hello,

I’ve been trying to connect AWS Redshift (Serverless) to Looker Studio. I’ve whitelisted the IP’s on my inbound rules, it’s publicly accessible, and I’ve tried to connect with SSL certificate and without. I’ve even allowed all inbound traffic and connected via local machine so I believe it’s not a AWS issue, rather a Looker issue.

The error that seems to come up most often is: Error ID: eb7433c4

I am the same problem! I already tested with my DBeaver locally and it’s ok, but the Looker not!

Ok! I did it! I just used a correct certificate look for https://docs.aws.amazon.com/redshift/latest/mgmt/connecting-ssl-support.html#connect-using-ssl and download a (URL Removed by Staff) file to use in Looker Studio with SSL enabled, then its ok! There is little informations available about this error!
