If I have an action that’s not visible, but it’s part of a sequence of actions: if I don’t select it in this list will it still fire?
Or do I have to select every action, even the hidden ones, in order for them to work?
Appears you must select every action you wish to operate.
While a it can be a pain to select your actions (especially if you have many of them), this actually gives a nice way to “hard code” that some actions shouldn’t work on certain subsets.
Right, if you settle for the default, then fine. But if you explicitly include some actions, then the system presumes you explicitly excluded the others.
