We have set up rate limiting using the Quota policy and it has been working for us for the past year. We recently had a report from a consumer of our API that the header where we return the value of the flow variable ratelimit.{policy_name}.expiry.time was missing.
We haven’t had this happen before, but for this particular consumer it happened on 18 requests. We are wondering under what circumstances might this value be missing.
