I am setting up a healthcare Proof of Concept using anthropic-claude-sonnet-4-5 on Vertex AI under a signed BAA.
Current billing account is upgraded to paid, but automated quota increase requests in the console are being instantly denied at 0 tokens/min (429 RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED).
Could a Googler or Community Advocate please reach out or let me know the best way to securely share Project ID and details so this can be escalated to the Vertex AI capacity team?
