I’m on the IT team for SmithRx and this user is having issues viewing the data on the report. Our Data Eng team is able to view the report when they sudo as the user. We’ve cleared the browser cache and cleared the cache on the report. I’m not sure why this isn’t working on their side.
Edit: The permissions on the report are available for all users in our instance. (again the report works when sudo-ing, just not on the end user side.)
