Quick, simple app for adding inventory

I am trying to create a simple app that allows me to use an existing Google Sheet that I have. I want to be able to open the app, input the date and how many cases of pop I received (and which type as well.) I then want it to send that info to the Google Sheet and update my inventory.

I then want to be able to use the app so that I can subtract cases of pop from inventory when I use it to fill a machine. It sounds simple to me, but is this a complicated app I am thinking of making? Thank you for any help.
