Hi everyone,

Has anyone here successfully published a Google Sheets add-on in the Google Workspace Marketplace?

I recently created a fairly robust Google Sheets workbook and built an add-on to enhance the automation and user experience. After submitting it for review, it was rejected, and I’m working through the feedback but would love insight from someone who’s been through the approval process.

If you’ve navigated this before, would you be open to sharing what helped you get approved or what you wish you knew beforehand? I’d truly appreciate the guidance.

Hi @Nashira Marketplace reviews are strict about OAuth scopes, user data handling, and compliance - make sure you request only minimal required scopes, clearly document data usage in your privacy policy, verify your OAuth consent screen, and ensure the add-on fully follows Google Workspace UI/UX and branding guidelines before resubmitting.
