That doesn’t make much sense.
You need to add those 2 other terms into the SELECT? Why don’t you continue putting them in your AND()?
What do you mean the result is blank? What result?

Obviously there are no records that meet all conditions, you need to verify what the data is versus what you are expecting it to be, and/or test each condition independently.
Your last 2 conditions are mutually exclusive. [Registro] can’t possibly be both blank AND have the value of “Devolução”. I don’t know what you’re trying to do, my only guess is to maybe use OR()?
