Prototype app blocked after Guest users exceeded limit although only 7 real users

Hello AppSheet Team,

My prototype app has been blocked with this message:

“Unable to fetch app definition. Your app is blocked because a plan update is needed.”

App information:

  • App Name: (PII Removed by Staff)
  • Owner: (PII Removed by Staff)

My company has only 7 real users.

During development, I temporarily enabled “Anyone with the link” and anonymous Guest access for testing. Because of this, the Monitor page now shows about 33 unique users (Guest IDs), even though we only have 7 actual users.

I have already disabled public access and no longer allow Guest users.

Could you please review my account and let me know if the app can be unblocked or if the unique user count can be re-evaluated?

Hello @Charawut, I can certainly help but it is important to mention a couple of things:

  1. I invite you to review the Community Guidelines. In this post you shared a lot of Personal Identifiable Information (PII), the system has detected the same and thus we removed it and then republished your post.

  2. I can confirm that your account has been unblocked as I have applied a workaround for you so that your application functions as per the purchased license. It might take some time to get reflected but keep us posted once the issue gets resolved.
