My AppSheet prototype app has been blocked and is showing the message:
“Unable to fetch app definition. Your app is blocked because a plan update is needed.”
App name: (PII removed by staff)
This is a non-commercial app used by a Jehovah’s Witness congregation to manage territory assignments.
The app was created on May 19, 2026 and is used by approximately 13 real users.
The application is public. When reviewing the usage statistics, I noticed many “Guest” users were counted in addition to the real users.
The account page reports:
“30-day license usage (11) exceeds purchased licenses (1).”
The app is currently blocked and users cannot access it.
Could someone please review this situation and advise:
- Whether the monthly count will reset automatically.
- Whether access can be restored after the reset date.
- Whether the Guest users may have contributed to the limit being reached.
