Hi AppSheet Team and Moderators,
My prototype app SISTEMA DE VENTAS - C.CARDENAS (PII Removed by Staff) was temporarily blocked because total unique users reached 12 on September 1st.
Those extra accounts were only added for a single test day and have already been completely removed from the access list. Currently, there are only 8 active users assigned to the app, which is well within the 10-user free limit.
Since I am on the Free Plan and cannot open a direct support ticket, could a staff member please clear/reset the 30-day usage log for my app so the block is removed?
