Prototype App blocked - 10 users limit exceeded

Hello,

I am facing the same problem for my app.
App Name: (PII Removed by Staff)

This is a small community app for less than 10 real users, however the guest users list exceeded the limit. It’s a public app and not using any featured requiring plan update

For me the account is blocked

Welcome to the AppSheet Community! I can certainly help but it is important to mention a couple of things:

  1. I invite you to review the Community Guidelines. In this post you shared Personal Identifiable Information (PII)
  2. The system runs a reset the count on the day the account was created, in this case the 27th of the month.
  3. I have applied a workaround but I can only perform this action for a limited number of times.

Please do consider purchasing a subscription, there are plans as low as 5 USD a month/user and it gives you access to further services.

I still see account blocked- Account ID is (PII Removed by Staff)

I shall insist to please read community Guidelines, Personal Identifiable Information must not be shared publicly.

Please allow 30 minutes for the workaround to replicate
