Protocol icmp Monitoring firewall

Hi

I have tried to get info of every hit done in the firewall rule-monitoring it

For example allow rule of ICMP.If I create a vm and ping to it from logging apis I cant get this info(like in case of tcp,there I got firewall rule source destination and last used timestamp]

I have tried packet mirrorng too this shows the times but not the all info.

Is there any way to monitor hits of firewall rule of protocol not tcp/udp

As shown in the create a Compute Engine firewall rule documentation:

The ICMP protocol is supported, but there is no support for configuring ICMP packet filtering by ICMP code.
