Hello,
we are unable to create a new Google Cloud project.
A project quota increase request was approved, but when we try to create a new project, we are still redirected to the project quota increase page.
A second quota request was denied because Google says that sufficient project quota is already available.
We do not use a Google Cloud Organization. Projects are created under a regular Google account and are later connected to the appropriate billing account.
Two old projects are currently pending deletion. We understand that pending deletion projects still count toward the quota for 30 days.
Questions:

How can we check the available project quota for a non-organization account?

Why are we still redirected to the quota increase page if Google says enough quota is available?

Is there any way to create a new project before the pending deletion period ends?
