Progress loading file...keep loading?

Hi all

My client reported that every time he opens the app, he sees a loading bar, every single time.
I allowed the app to keep datas for fast sync, but I’m surprised he gets this every time, and from the beginning each time.

Is it a normal behavior ?

I had noticed that at least a couple weeks ago because I happened to have the menu open in an application on my phone. It seems to possibly be associated if you make documents/images available for offline use and also have the sync on initial load turned on. But I am not 100% certain.
