Problem with sync and "show changes" button

Hi!
I worked with one of the AppSheet and my sync crashed. There are over 350 changes in the queue. Button “show changes” does not work. I fixed the problem but the app does not update. I think I need to clear the queue. But I want my data. Is there any file in phone storage to retrieve this data?
