Problem with signing into Google workspace (I'm New)

Good day, I have a question Im new to the Google work space. I’m from sqaure space, my problem is with work space is when I’m logging into my email it sent me to this thing call choose account and when I do that it loads for second but nothing happens all it shows is the gmail it not giving me the ability to in my workspace. Please, anyone, help me. I’ve been stressing about this 2 days ago.

The Google platform is indeed more complex than Squarespace. The simplest workaround for now is to bypass your browser interface loop issue is by installing the Gemini CLI and Google Cloud SDK.

Since you are likely on Windows:

  1. Install Node.js (required for npm):
    1. Download and install Chocolatey: powershell -c “irm https://community.chocolatey.org/install.ps1|iex”
    2. Download and install Node.js: choco install nodejs --version=“24.14.0”
    3. Verify the Node.js version: node -v
      Should print “v24.14.0”.
    4. Verify npm version: npm -v
      Should print “11.9.0”.
  2. Install Gemini CLI: Open PowerShell and run: npm install -g @google*/gemini-cli*
  3. Install Google Cloud SDK: Run this command in PowerShell to manage your cloud environment: winget install Google.CloudSDK

Once set up, you can use the Gemini CLI to authenticate and access your Workspace directly, which often resolves account selection loops.

Authorize manually: Manual authorization for gcloud is primarily achieved by running

gcloud auth login

to authenticate with user credentials via a browser.

Once authorized, Ask Gemini CLI to use gcloud tool and it will find and run it.

I would start by seeing whether you can log in to your Workspace account through an incognito browser session. If that works, consider using Chrome profiles to quickly flip between your Google identities.

I am having the exact same issue as Clinton. I bought the free 14 day trial and on day 1 I had no issues getting in. On day 2 I was able to get on in the morning but by the afternoon I have not been able to get back on. I go to the login page and it thinks for a second and then does nothing. I have tried the incognito and opening a browser other than chrome. Nothing has worked. I cant get to tech support because you have to do it from the workspace page and well, I cant get logged in. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would probably try another device, and preferably from a different network, just to double-check the issue is not related to your environment in some way.

You can always reach out to Workspace support. The page linked below explains how. The catch is that you might need to initiate a conversation via their social media channels if you cannot log into your Admin console.

What are their social media channels? I have tried it on a different computer and on a different network and neither worked.
