I have a shared application with several colleagues. One of them no longer has access to the modifications I’m making to the program, so he can’t access it anymore and gets an error message. We’ve tried removing him from the application and sharing it again, using different browsers in case it was a cache issue, but it’s still not working. He continues on an old version from two weeks ago.
If you didn’t already, have the user sign out of AppSheet and then sign in again. If it’s a mobile device, they could even try uninstalling and reinstalling.
