I had the issue of Google was not able to find my links privacy page I did everything I could from rewriting the code to making sure that it is clearly visible on the page.
Later found out Cloudflare was blocking Google so you’ll have to turn off your bot fight.
Google was able to see the site Once that happens then you will receive an email.
So if you’re not receiving an email when you’re denied it means you’re being blocked by the bot fighter or something’s blocking the bot.
