Printing with Photos

Hello,

I’ve got a checkin inspection report that has about 20 (Y/N) questions and 10 photos throughout. I’d like to be able to print this inspection report, with the photos included in the report. What’s the easiest rout to this?

Ctrl-P while on the sheet definitely isn’t doing it :wink:

There are a couple ways depending on what you need.

  1. You can use the SNAPSHOT() function in an email Task. Then print that image analogous to Ctrl-P. I have yet to use but know others have had success with it. See article below.

  2. For a more polished Report, you can create a Google Doc template and generate a PDF from that. Templates give you ability to control the look of the data. The generated File can be saved, viewed from within the app (with a little extra effort), attached to an email or all of the above. Some article below on Templates to get you started on that
