Predifined filter to filter column values on a map

Does anybody knows how to predifine value in the column to get rid of unessasary choice in filter on the map?

Here I have values like 1 and 0 (restaurant=1) so there is so if user clicked on filter Restaurent there is no need to choose exact values, how to get rid of this values?

Go the column definition and turn OFF the Searchable setting. See image
