Pop Up automatically to come once Status is changed

I basically have a bookings table with a status in it.

As soon as the status of booking becomes cancelled, I want a pop up to automatically to come with a field “Reason for cancellation” and a box to type in the same.

I know this is possible through Input function, but I am not sure on the automatic part of it.

Please assist

How do they submit their cancelation?

Yes possible by using Input function and advanced settings in Action : set values to some of columns in this row .
