Please help. I created an action to add a row to my data. The if condition is [Data]=Today()

I now created a workflow to activate the action, but the action name I created did not appear on the Change Data option. So I could not call the action on the workflow. Am I doing something wrong?

Because workflows occur without user interaction, you cannot use any actions that require user interaction. Row addition requires user interaction, so you can’t use any actions that add rows in workflows.
