Playbook: Pantheon DevPortal access credentials - never received a provisioning email

Back to the Pantheon DevPortal tips and tricks.

If you get a support case about customer never received an email from Provisioning about how to access their pantheon devportal.

The email should be from provision@apigee.comprovision@apigee.com and we should all have it in our inbox. Regardless, a typical such email should have the following content regarding devportal

To access your Developer Portal, please do the following:

  1. Sign into http://dev-corinna.devportal.apigee.com using your email address
  2. Click the “Forgot Password” link
  3. Set a password for your account

Please relay the message to the customer. Once they follow the above, they should be able to access their devportal.
