Why this image is pixeled?
It is a screen shot and I don´t know why it shows in this low res.
I don’t see an image. But you should check your device settings first to make sure the image is being captured at a higher resolution.
Other options, to check after @WillowMobileSystems suggestion
Check the column isn’t set to a type of THUMBNAIL
Check UX → Option → Image Upload Size isn’t set to low
