We have an app that collects notes/reviews of sports lessons. One part of the form is adding media (hoping one-day for video upload).
Currently the options are to take a photo or use current which is essentially the device’s own photo album.
For some form entries the coaches would use photos/images that are the same as used before or for certain entries such as ‘bonus points’.
Is there a way to have a third option when adding media to choose from a pre-loaded Appsheet library/dropdown?

I’m afraid that’s not possible in image column. One workaround is to have an Enum column with the base of image in an addiotinal column so they can choose it, and then show the image with a formula in the 2nd additional image column.

On another note … Core Licenses
On another note, (can’t seem to find anywhere) Our organisation has Education Standard Workplace and therefore users are entitled to an Appsheet Core license. How do I activate these Core licenses?
