Any idea what can cause this or any advice for further debugging?

We have a temporary known issue in some specific regions. It is currently being fixed; please let me know if you still encounter the error.
Hi @slebrun, thanks for your reply! My errors are gone since tuesday night. Location was europe-west3 by the way. One question though: I searched the incidents page https://console.cloud.google.com/servicehealth/incidents but found nothing related to my errors. Was this not listed there or am I just not able to find it? Thanks!
Application Integration is not yet in this incident list but we are working on it. Thanks for your patience.
