I used a stacked combo chart in a Looker Studio dashboard. In the legend, only the values are displayed, but not the percentages. Is it possible to show those as well?

Not with the stacked bar chart type. If you switch to the “100% stacked bar” chart type, you’ll see percentages on the graph and the legend, but it’ll drastically change how the graph looks - the bars will all have the same height.
