PDF Generate using bot

when ever i want to generate pdf using bot & google template, pdf doesn’t generate just send this message. “Stop executing after step New step, because the request took too long to process”. How to solve this problem

In this case, the best course of action would be to Contact support by following the steps below:

  1. Go to Appsheet help

  2. Scroll down to the bottom, you will find a box with the following text

    Try these next steps:

    Contact us
    Tell us more and we’ll help you get there

  3. At this point you will be redirected to a three steps process in which users will possibly find answers to the query they have. Click Next

  4. Click Next Step

  5. Specify your preferred language and either click on Chat or e-mail

It is important to mention that AppSheet support is not available for free accounts.

no, i didn’t change anything. my other pdf generation are still working for example, payments receipt or stock pdf but my invoice pdf is not generating , it is taking too long time but no result. please help me, is there any way to print invoice directly from appsheet without google Template? if any way please let me know.

I don’t see anything wrong with what you shared, so I’d have to think something changed on AppSheet’s end. For that, you’ll need to contact Support. There is no way to print directly from AppSheet.
