I am writing to request a refund for my recent payment.
I have successfully made a payment of $50 on April 7, 2026 (Receipt no: 2904-3565). The invoice clearly shows the payment status as PAID, and it also confirms that my subscription is valid from March 22, 2026 to April 22, 2026.
Despite this, my account is still showing “Payment incomplete” and my subscription has not been activated. I have followed all the suggested steps, but the issue remains unresolved.
I understand that you mentioned a 3D Secure authentication issue, but since the payment has already been deducted and the invoice confirms the active subscription period until April 22, 2026, this appears to be a system issue.
My app has been inactive for several days, which is affecting my daily services.
Therefore, I kindly request you to either:
Activate my subscription immediately, OR
Process a full refund of the payment at the earliest.
