When I tried from the footer of AppSheet Website home page, it is available. Footer where options such as Company, Platform, Pricing, Solutions, Partners, Support, etc are available.
Under the Partners option, if I click on the Partner option itself, the page gets navigated to.

Well, it’s not working in the US - I have sent feedback email from that page to AppSheet.
