Paid User Account

Hi,

I have clients that are interested to use Apps, but they want to use the App on a time to time basis.

I wish to ask therefore, what happens when an App is not paid on month 3 but paid again on month 5?

My understanding is that you get a rebate on that month, but only if they don’t use the App at all. Maybe @praveen knows best?

We don’t manage it like that.

You (the app account owner) manage the number of licenses. You can feel free to increase or decrease the licenses appropriately. Our system just tracks actual usage per account for the last 30 days. Your licenses should match what the system counts. If the measured count is higher, the system will alert you.

So in yoru situation, you should manually increase and decrease the license count as you see fit.
