Page Header on a form will not disappear.
I have no conditional formatting rules.
the Key (UniqueID()) shows up no matter how many fields i click hide on…what am i missing?
@Matthew_Brown it seems you have set your key column type as Show? Revert it to Text

I have it as text - i changed it to show, and then back, and still get this (thanks for quick response)
I also have checked “hidden” on/off and no luck
Where is the UNIQUEID() expression? It should be in initial value. Just regenerate your column structure amd check.

In the detail view, remove all header columns.
