Our Postgres server and QPID server is intermittently going down on our new India AWS Apigee environment
Version 4.19.01 on-prem India
We have corn jobs to take system log backup for analytics every day at 9.30 am but while executing the cronjobs the analytics components are getting down every day after the backup

Are the Qpid and Postgres servers going down when, and only when, the backup Cron jobs execute?
If so, it sounds like it could be a resource contention issue.
I would suggest raising a ticket with Apigee Support (and possibly sharing the Cron command/script that is being executed at 09:30) so they can work with you, and take a closer look at your environment.
Thank you for your reply. Yes we have raised the request to apisuuport team. they sort out the issue. Now everything looks good.
