Option for Group fields

Hi,

Is there any option to add data as a group?

For example when we select one field “Purchase”, option to add various product name with quantity.
If we select 3 different product name there should able to add quantity associated to each products.

There is no built-in feature for this, but I imagine you could design your app to do it.
