Only accepts scan and no allows typing On scan

I am having problem on the appsheet as follows.

i just want my app to scan the QR, not want the user to enter the code as shown below

red is not entered!

What I have to do?

On a quick search, I could not find the description of “Scan input override” option. Just in case it is not already covered in help docs, you may want to include it.
