There was a similar situation I faced once in my early days of using this app where some features were not actively performing in other users account even though as a admin it was working in my app.
So as per your information please check the below based on the possibility.
—> Possibility: IF THE USER FROM SYSTEM, ANDROID & IPHONE are different users.
----> Solution: There is a possibility that you might have updated a formula & added the IPHONE user, and then updated in your app from system as admin, where a admin get all the updated results. the Android user was added later (or) the Android user is selected by admin for App Version as LATEST.
So what I did is under user management I kept all users app VERSION to Latest and it worked.

This is a public app, so I can’t set the latest version for the user. I tried this app on Safari browse of iPhone, It gives a true result, but on iPhone Apps, The results are wrong.

It seems like you’ve probably already tried clearing the cache or maybe even uninstalling and reinstalling the app to troubleshoot. From what I can see, the only solution left might be to update to the latest version. Sorry I couldn’t offer more help this time around. but for sure i will be following up this thread to know what other users are providing solutions and i will also be doing my own researches to find a solution.
