OAuth verification stuck — Trust & Safety email never received (privacy policy issue resolved)

Hi,

Our OAuth app verification is stuck on “Pending developer action” for the Privacy Policy
Requirements item, and the Verification Center instructs us to “reply to the email from the
Trust and Safety team in the email thread” — but we have never received any such email.

Client ID: (PII Removed by Staff)
Verification Center status (as of last review July 15, 2026):

  • Homepage requirements: :white_check_mark: passed
  • App functionality: :white_check_mark: passed
  • Branding guidelines: :white_check_mark: passed
  • Minimum access request: :white_check_mark: passed
  • Privacy policy requirements: :cross_mark: flagged — “Your privacy policy indicates that Google user
data is not used solely to provide or improve your application’s features.”

We have already updated our privacy policy to add an explicit Limited Use disclosure (stating
the Google Calendar data is used solely to provide/improve the in-app feature, and explicitly
excluding advertising, data broker sales, generalized/non-personalized AI/ML model training,
and credit scoring), as instructed by the “Learn more” link in the Verification Center.

We have checked:

  • Both the developer contact email(s) configured on the OAuth consent screen — no email found
(inbox + spam + all folders)
  • The support email configured on the consent screen — no email found either

Since we have no email thread to reply to, we can’t proceed with the process as described.
Could someone from the Trust & Safety team resend the verification email, or confirm the
updated privacy policy is now sufficient?

Thanks in advance for your help.
