Scope under review: gmail.send (sensitive). Branding: already approved.
Timeline:
- Aug 14-15: several brand verification submissions (rate-limited, then approved)
- Aug 16: Testing→Production toggle, Data Access submitted → auto-closed with “too many verification requests, wait 24 hours”
- Aug 17 (~26h later): resubmitted once → same auto-closure
Problem 1: The rate-limit block appears to persist well beyond 24 hours and each auto-closure likely feeds it. I have made only one submission per day since Aug 16.
Problem 2: After each Data Access submission, the scope justification and demo video fields in Verification Centre are wiped empty (they show correctly in the pre-submit preview, gone immediately after confirm). This matches a known console bug reported here, so my submissions may be going through empty — which I cannot fix from my side.
Request - would you please:
- Reset the submission rate-limit block on this project.
- Confirm whether my submissions arrive with the justification/video fields intact, or advise a working way to submit (different browser, direct entry point).
