OAuth verification stuck — "home page not registered to you" — no Trust & Safety email received

Hi,

Our OAuth app verification is stuck on Homepage requirements with no Trust & Safety email ever received.

Exact error (verbatim):

“Your home page website is not registered to you.”
“Verify ownership of your home page.”

Current verification status:

  • Privacy policy requirements — :white_check_mark: Passed (Aug 6, 2026)
  • Branding guidelines — :white_check_mark: Passed (Aug 6, 2026)
  • Homepage requirements — :cross_mark: Blocked

What we have confirmed:

  • Homepage URL: https://support.goto.com/meeting/help/gotomeeting-for-google-calendar
  • Root domain goto.com is verified as a Domain property in Google Search Console under the GCP project owner account (linked to this forum profile)
  • Data access has also been separately verified

The problem:
The Verification Center instructs us to “reply to your email thread with our Trust and Safety team,” but no email has ever been received. We have searched all project owner and developer contact inboxes including spam for any sender containing api-oauth-dev-verification-reply. Nothing found.

Could someone from the Google team please manually review the homepage ownership or re-send the Trust & Safety email thread so we can respond and unblock this?
