Hello Trust & Safety Team,

I am writing to request a status update regarding the OAuth verification process for my application.

All preliminary checks (Homepage, Privacy Policy, App Functionality, Branding Guidelines, and Minimum Scopes) were successfully passed and marked as completed on July 10, 2026. However, the overall status remains stuck on “Your app’s data access is under review.”

We have checked our spam and inbox folders for (PII Removed by Staff) and (PII Removed by Staff), but have not received any pending requests or follow-up questions from the Trust & Safety team.

Could you please assist in checking the internal queue or let us know if additional information or testing credentials are required from our end?

Update: the flagged branding issue is resolved.

The home page (PII Removed by Staff) now displays the exact app name
“Hala AI” as permanently visible static text in the site header logo,
the main heading of the first section, and the footer (it previously
rendered via an animation, so captures could show the icon without
the name). Page title, og:site_name, and (URL Removed by Staff) Organization name
are all “Hala AI”, matching the OAuth consent screen exactly.

Important: we never received any email from the Trust & Safety team,
inbox and spam checked on both the developer contact and support
email, so there is no thread to reply to. We are requesting a manual re-review of the live
page (not a cached copy).
