Hi Google team,
I’m building an MCP-based platform (MCProspero) that integrates with Gmail and Google Calendar to power AI agents for end users. My OAuth verification request was denied, and the Verification Center states I should “Reply to your email thread with our Trust and Safety team” after resolving the flagged issues.
The problem: I never received any email from the Trust & Safety team. I have no thread to reply to and no way to communicate what’s been resolved.
Details:
- Project ID: (PII Removed by Staff)
- Project Name: (PII Removed by Staff)
- Scopes: Gmail (read/send), Google Calendar (read)
- Developer contact email is correct, actively monitored, and I’ve thoroughly checked inbox, spam, and all filters
- No correspondence from oauth-app-verification-review@google.com has been received
- The app has a published homepage, privacy policy, and terms of service on an authorized and Search Console-verified domain
This is currently blocking our ability to move from testing to production. I have early users who need stable OAuth access.
Could someone help re-establish the T&S email thread or provide an alternative channel to resolve the outstanding items?
