OAuth verification blocked by unknown project - evocative-case-jmd0t

My OAuth branding verification for project (PII Removed by Staff) was rejected stating ‘One or more of your projects or services has been suspended for a Terms of Service violation.’

After investigation, I found a project (PII Removed by Staff) on my account that I did NOT create. I was added as a restricted viewer without my consent on Feb 9, 2026. I have no ability to delete, shut down, leave, or manage this project.

I’ve tried:

  • gcloud projects delete (permission denied)
    • Shut down button (greyed out)
      • IAM removal (no permission to view IAM)
        • Support case (requires paid plan)
          • Appeal form (404)
      • How can I remove my association with this ghost project so Google’s verification team will process my uniqlm OAuth branding?
