OAuth branding verification stuck in cache loop — fixes verified, no Trust & Safety email received — (PII Removed by Staff)

Our OAuth consent screen is paused with a Branding guidelines flag reporting two issues: “Your home page does not explain the purpose of your app” and “The app name ‘Neo Capital AI’ configured for your OAuth consent screen does not match the app name on your home page.”

Both issues have been fully addressed on the current home page at (URL Removed by Staff) The <title>, <meta name="application-name">, <meta property="og:site_name">, and the first <h1> all contain the exact string Neo Capital AI, matching the configured app name. Immediately under the H1, a visible subtitle reads “Aplicación web para inversores y asesores financieros” (“Web application for investors and financial advisors”), and the first body paragraph opens with the app name and describes what the product does. The domain neocapital.ai is verified in Google Search Console and robots.txt allows Googlebot.

The Cloud Console page tells us to “Reply to your email thread with our Trust and Safety team”, but no such email was ever received. We verified all three destinations Cloud routes messages to for this project (the User support Google Group, the Developer contact address, and the Owner account in IAM) — all three are empty, including Spam and Moderation queues.

I have tried “I have fixed the issues” → Proceed multiple times on different days; the drawer returns the identical rejection in under one minute each time, which suggests a cached verdict rather than a fresh re-check.

Could Trust & Safety please trigger a manual review, or send a fresh outreach email so we can respond? Project ID neo-capital-ai, app name Neo Capital AI, homepage (URL Removed by Staff) .

Thank you.
